CFD Canada had signed a 3 year agreement with CFD Research Corporation (http://www.cfdrc.com)
to serve as CFDRC Represenative in Canada. CFDRC is a major developer of CFD and Multiphysics
Software and a major provider of R&D Services for Fluid Flow and Multiphysics Related Applications.

CFD Canada launched CFD-PLASMA web page (http://cfdplasma.trancetechno.com). This page contains
up to date information about the status and advancements in a coupled flow, heat transfer, electromagnetic,
plasma, gas phase and surface reactions integrated simulations for semiconductor equipment reactors.
Recent additions include discussion list, guestbook and technical journal.

CFD Canada co-sponsored 8th Annual Conference of the CFD Society of Canada (http://www.cfdsc.ca)

Also Dr. Kudriavtsev will be presenting a joint paper (with Silicon Valley Group) on flow path optimization
for industrial reactors using CFD-ACE+ software.

CFD Canada co-sponsors the International Symposium on Computational Technologies for Fluid/Thermal/
Chemical Systems with Industrial Applications, to be held at the ASME International Pressure Vessels
and Piping Conference, Atlanta, Georgia, August 2001. Dr. Kudriavtsev will serve as Symposium co-Organizer
and Volume Editor and also as a Technical Program Representative for the Fluid Structure Interactions
Committee of the ASME Pressure Vessels and Piping Division.
